Who is the Menopause Clinic for?
This clinic is for women aged 45 and over who are experiencing classic menopause or perimenopause symptoms and would like private support.
This may include:

What happens during the consultation?
Your first appointment is a private one-to-one menopause consultation.
The consultation fee is £45.
During your appointment, we will discuss:
- Your symptoms
- Your cycle history
- Your mood, sleep, energy and libido
- Any vaginal dryness or intimate symptoms
- Weight changes
- Joint aches or body changes
- Your medical history
- Your current medication
- Your lifestyle and wellbeing
- What support you are looking for
This is an assessment-first appointment, designed to help us understand the full picture before discussing suitable next steps.
What support may be offered?
Following assessment, you may be offered:
Lifestyle and wellbeing guidance
Blood tests where clinically useful
Vitamin or supplement guidance where appropriate
A treatment plan if clinically appropriate
Hormone therapy discussion where suitable
Signposting to your GP or another healthcare professional if needed
Treatment is not guaranteed and will only be offered if clinically appropriate following assessment.
